A lifelong resident of Hampton Roads Wayne has witnessed first-hand the astonishing speed at which our community has evolved over the years.  Ever the entrepreneur Wayne opened a small feed and seed business in Suffolk in the late seventies which then became Nansemond Lawn and Garden, inc.  One of our regions premiere Landscape Design, Installation, and Maintenance firms.  As the landscape business grew the size and scope of the projects grew as well Wayne and His son Blake began to see an opportunity to move into the site development and infrastructure market.  Forming Nansemond Contractors in 2004 Wayne and Blake would work together to build Nansemond contractors into one of the region's fastest growing site development firms.
